Meet The Team

Bryony is a trained horticulturalist with a sharp eye for design and a deep love for plants. She brings expertise, energy, and just the right amount of determination to every project. Whether it's a full garden overhaul or fine-tuning the details, Bryony works with clients to create spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. She genuinely loves what she does—and we think it shows!

Sophie is the organiser and the one that keeps things moving at BtG. She is the spreadsheet queen that comes with the huge bonus of being an excellent gardener with a specialism in STH (social therapeutic horticulture). Sophie loves being outdoors and helping to make gardens flourish. She also knows first-hand how gardening can help people thrive, having worked in community garden projects in recent years.   

Georgia never backs down from a challenge, she takes everything in her stride and always says yes with a smile on her face even in the wind, rain, red hot sunshine. You'll find her out in the gardens; setting out, planting up or restoring gardens. She also is a talented and qualified florist!
